How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to reply to every enquiry within one business day. If your question is urgent, the quickest way to reach us is on WhatsApp.
How do I book a treatment?
All treatments are booked online through Fresha. Visit the Treatments page, choose a category, and you will see live availability and prices.
Do treatments need a patch test?
Some treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. Please tell us about any skin conditions, medications or allergies when you book.
Are your training courses accredited?
Our courses are CPD accredited and insurable, and every student is fully insured while training. Nationally regulated qualifications are coming soon.
Can I spread the cost of a course?
Yes. You can secure your place with a deposit and spread the balance with an interest-free instalment plan. Full details are on the Regulated Courses page.
